In addition, Médico Express was granted three Special Awards for High-Impact Innovation within the Dominican Social Security System (SDSS), recognizing initiatives that contribute to the modernization, strengthening, and transformation of healthcare services for the benefit of patients and affiliates.

The Social Security Best Practices Awards were created by DIDA to recognize excellence in healthcare management across the Dominican Social Security System, honoring healthcare providers, health insurance organizations, and institutions that develop innovative, efficient, resilient, and people-focused models of care.
During the awards ceremony, DIDA Director General Elías Báez emphasized that these recognitions serve as a catalyst for continuous improvement, stronger patient protection, and a culture of excellence throughout the national social security system.
The awards were granted following a rigorous technical evaluation process conducted by DIDA specialists and an independent jury composed of leading figures from the healthcare and social security sectors, ensuring objectivity, transparency, and technical rigor.
